How to reset my password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Click the link and enter a new password

Reset links expire after 1 hour for security.

How to change my password

To change your password while logged in:

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Scroll to the Security section
  3. Click "Change password"
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Save changes

Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.

How to sign in with my wallet

You can sign in using your Ethereum wallet:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Connect Wallet"
  3. Choose your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
  4. Sign the verification message when prompted
  5. You're now logged in!

This method uses Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) - no password needed.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Currently, Vlossom supports:

  • Email verification for password resets
  • Wallet signatures for SIWE authentication

Full 2FA with authenticator apps is coming soon. For now, we recommend using wallet-based login for maximum security.

How to delete my account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Click "Delete account"
  4. Type DELETE to confirm
  5. Your account will be permanently removed

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All data and any remaining wallet balance will be lost.

I noticed suspicious activity on my account

If you notice unauthorized activity:

  1. Change your password immediately
  2. Check for any unauthorized bookings or transactions
  3. Review your connected accounts in settings
  4. Contact our support team
